We realize it’s difficult to keep track of all the new restaurants, galleries, apartment complexes, and condos opening downtown. Luckily, St. Pete Rising did the research, so you don’t have to. This month Pete’s General opens a second location, The Nolen – a 23-story boutique condominium building – is coming soon to 4th Ave NE, Cake Drip opens a second location in St. Pete, COhatch coworking space is coming to 8th St N, Fo’Cheezy Twisted Meltz is taking over the space that used to be home to Five Guys Burgers, and local chef Jason Gordon is moving 727 Prep to 2134 9th Ave N.
