Saving Our Seniors: Filling the Gap Between Medicare and No Care

SOS fills the gap between Medicare and financial limitations with a focus on providing more independence to seniors who would normally have to remain sedentary or face reinjury due to the unavailability of proper equipment to improve care options. Volunteers are needed to help with pickup and delivery, phone support, equipment sales, marketing and donations. For more info, visit savingourseniors.org.

You + A child who needs you + A weekly 30-minute virtual lunch = Lunch Pals!

The Lunch Pals program is a network of volunteers who meet with Pinellas students for thirty minutes once a week at lunchtime. Community partners and businesses are encouraged to engage in the Lunch Pals program. Businesses who participate in the program nurture a thriving St. Petersburg community while mentoring more confident potential employees and entrepreneurs. Reach St Pete bridges the gap between people and resources in St. Pete. They provide quality access for those in need with Motel Outreach, Southside Assistance, and Fill the Need programs.
