“We spend a lot of time with out-of-town buyers who are looking all over the state to decide where to move,” she says. “We show them all the different neighborhoods of St. Pete, and after they return home we continue to send them videos of properties they might like. And virtual showings are only as good as the person behind the camera, so we make sure to capture everything in a realistic way. We’ve had several closings where the buyer never saw the home in person until that day.”
